Sarah was first licensed in 2004 when she was part of a successful team with her sister. After a long break from real estate to focus on family, Sarah burst back onto the scene in 2024 at our Lake Country office, just minutes from her home on Okanagan Centre Road. Her personable communication skills and first-class organization led to results that caught the attention of Team BC Guaranteed. In July 2025, she joined our team full-time.

Why did you decide to be a REALTOR®?

I decided to become a REALTOR® because I genuinely love working with people. Every transaction is unique—sometimes it's an exciting step forward, like helping a family grow into a new home, and other times, it's a move driven by more difficult circumstances. No matter the reason, I take pride in being a steady, reliable presence for my clients. I'm here to support them through every step, working tirelessly to protect their interests and help them move forward with confidence.

What is the best part of your career as a REALTOR®?

The best part of being a REALTOR® is making the impossible happen for my clients. Whether it's securing a tight possession date or negotiating the exact price they need to move forward, those moments are incredibly fulfilling. Making that call to say, "You got it!"—that’s what fills my cup. It’s deeply rewarding to play a meaningful role in people’s lives during such important transitions.

What is the thing you dislike most as a REALTOR®?

It can be tough on some days, but I am always learning through that adversity, so on reflection, there is nothing I dislike.

What is the funniest thing that you can tell us about what you have encountered as a REALTOR®?

The funniest thing I’ve encountered as a REALTOR®? Probably the time I ended up playing cars with a toddler during a showing while the parents were busy making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate isn’t always just about contracts and negotiations—sometimes it’s about being a stand-in race car driver so mom and dad can focus!

Favourite Book, Food & Movie?

My favourite book is The Winemaker’s Wife—I was completely drawn in by the dual timelines set in the Champagne region of France during wartime and modern day. As for food, I’m a total foodie and love to cook, so it’s hard to choose just one favourite. But if I’m treating myself to a special dinner, it’s usually a rack of lamb or a beautiful piece of fish. My favourite movie? Braveheart. William Wallace’s story is the perfect mix of romance, courage, and trailblazing spirit—it’s fierce, inspiring, and unforgettable.

If you could have one superpower to help you do your job better, what would it be?

If I could have one superpower, it would definitely be the ability to fly. No more traffic, no more commuting—just boom, I’m there. Plus, imagine the views!

In ten words or less, what would you like your clients to say about you to their friends, co-workers, and family?

If my clients had to describe me in 10 words, I’d hope they’d say: “Sarah is trustworthy, dependable, fun, organized, passionate, and all-in.”
